Honestly, patience is something i struggle with. As a team that needs it i want someone who can ground me, bounce ideas off. Aid in scouting, and free agency. Must be someone willing to help with scouting 100% as its a huge task every year and given we could use those hidden gem later picks be nice to have someone with a different perspective.
