HFNHL Endorsements 2014/15

Endorsements give HFNHL teams the chance to earn supplemental revenues. Just like last year: we are removing the commitment of dollars up front to eliminate the barrier of entry for teams on a budget. That means that EVERY team should have a full suite of four (4) endorsements (see below). ***Failure to participate in endorsements going forward therefore represents a strike against the GM, to be handled by the Commissioner using regular disciplinary actions.***

Commitment and Risk

Please note any deals you participated in and cancelled last season, as those companies will not be willing to sponsor you this year: once bitten, twice shy.

Nevertheless, there is some risk: you are limited in the number of endorsements you can sign up for, so if you don’t choose carefully you may be leaving revenues on the table.

***For endorsements requiring a player or team to qualify in the top 5 in the league, ties for 5th will be accepted.***

Submissions & Payout

Each General Manager will be required to submit their Endorsement commitments by the submission deadline (typically within a few days before or after the start of the regular season). At the end of the season, each General Manager who qualifies for any of their Endorsement Deals must submit a detailed account of which obligations were met, and the statistical proof of the achievement.

The deadline for submission of endorsements is Sunday, October 19th at 11:59 p.m. ET. Please post a response with the team name and the endorsement(s) you would like to participate in.

Just as last year: Team and Merchandise Endorsements have been merged. Teams may now take one (1) Team/Merchandise endorsement, and two (2) Individual Endorsements.
