HFNHL Ducks post trade deadline....run to the Cup

Well, it was expected to be a relatively quiet deadline for the HFNHL Ducks with the leagues leading scorer Draisaitl and newly acquired Tavares leading the Ducks to a nice run for a solid second in the Pacific.

Then the unexpected happened. Arguably the largest deal in league history :
From Ducks to Jets : John Tavares, Kasperi Kapanen, Leon Draisaitl, Matej Pekar, $1,000,000 (Money).
: From Jets to Ducks : Connor McDavid, Calvin Pickard, Dion Phaneuf, Nick Bonino, Matt Cullen, 2021-RND:5-WPJ.

The leagues best player now resides on the beaches of Anaheim.

This lead to a flurry of other activities, including adding veterans such as Marleau, Cogliano, and Green. Also on the move out was Gostisbehere in a late deadline move to bring back a first, second and two prospects to help out the future.

The Ducks are loaded up and ready to roll in the playoffs.

So much for the quiet......
