A lack of options this year caused me to mostly forget about coach ratings until it was mentioned today. I found a 2017 set today and updated the ratings tonight. They can be found here:

Any offers to change your coach must be emailed to Simgod. There will be a 48 hour waiting period similar to FA's before a coach will sign with a team. If multiple requests come in there will be a lottery to award the coach to a team.
As a reminder it will cost you $500k to buy out your current coach if you wish to make a change.
