I wouldn't consider Olofsson a prospect since he's like 40 in prospect years and Demchenko is even older. Dauphin as well since he turns 26 in a few weeks.

Dichow is the real mystery guy here as he's in a weak league and a goalie so right there it's tough to say since he's barely played all year. So he's someone that a year from now we might be talking about as a top 20 prospect for us, or people forget he's still with us. Will be very interesting to see where they plan on him playing next season.

Pitlick to me is the choice because he could be a Byron like winger, his speed and acceleration are plus plus, he's got some offensive skill but Byron put up good numbers in the Q at least. I think Pitlick needs to work harder, coasts too much for someone with rockets for skates. That said he's still an interesting player that has NHL upside.

Smith is of course the other mystery man, he scored 27 goals in 17 games last year, yes it's the USHS and a small sample size but that's crazy goals. We don't know if he's had a wrist injury this year or not or what's going on. It's been one of the worst seasons i've seen from a prospect but if you are a goal scorer and your wrist is banged up, it's going to effect you. Will be very telling to see what UMD does, they have one of the best coaches in the NCAA, he scouted him so clearly he saw something but has this season changed things, and in addition the NCAA made a rule change for this year only due to covid, they are letting Seniors return next year if they wish so that alone could force him back to the USHL next year.

The more I watch him play, the more I think RHP should be higher on this list. I think he'll surprise us, he plays the right way plus he has some skills. But anyway I voted Pitlick because of his speed
