The league needs to change the rule where a goal nullifies a delayed penalty. The Sens player got hammered into the boards and a penalty was going to be called but they scored pretty much 5 seconds later. There's no reason why the penalty shouldn't be enforced.

I will say that the team shouldn't be allowed to pull their goalie though (otherwise that should nullify the penalty if they score), but if the goalie was already pulled, then no.
