Another big game for Calgary tonight in order to stay ahead of the Sharks.

Whew.. lots of games tonight and it's not even Saturday. Is Wednesday the new Hockey Night in North America?
24 out of 31 teams are playing tonight.

Edit: I've just been informed that it's Thursday not Wednesday which has thrilled me to no end. I'm now 1 day closer to the weekend. Woo hoo!!

Flames vs Sens and Sharks vs Kings. These are the kind of games both teams should win, IMO. Gonna be an interesting night.

CALGARY - The Flames will have Sean Monahan and Sam Bennett back in the lineup tonight when they host the Ottawa Senators.
The forwards missed the past two games but practiced with the team on Wednesday and participated in this morning's skate, working on their regular lines.

In net, Mike Smith is expected to get the start. The veteran netminder has a 19-14-2 record with a 2.88 GAA and a .896 save percentage this season.
His Sv% in the last 10 games is .913 (242 saves on 265 shots) and he also has a a 2.30 GAA if you only count the last 10 games.
