Winnipeg fans holding their noses and cheering for the Leafs tonight.

Good news for them is that the Leafs play can't possible get worse. The bad news is that we don't really know when it will get better.

Winnipeg is comfortably in 1st though. Even if Nashville won, they would still be a point behind and 2 more games played.

Some key games that should be hotly contested tonight.
Was going to list them but it's nearly all of them so why bother.

Please start winning Montreal I want to see you in the playoffs.

At this point it looks like they don't want to be in the playoffs , they are fairly healthy and have been in the playoff race for 80% of the season...Oh well, hopefully this means another top 10 pick for the Habs and ideally they keep building on their youth (not holding my breath with our current GM).

Flames looking for a win tonight to gain back that little bit of a cushion lead over San Jose. Right now the Flames are 1 pt ahead of the Sharks and they have played 72 games as opposed to SJ's 73.

Game time decision on whether Sean Monahan and Sam Bennett are healthy enough to play. James Neal still isn't quite ready although he is practicing with the club now.

You gotta have a sense of humor when you're tanking, so the Rangers spelled "NHL" with their second line.

First period is almost over and I haven't gone mental from the Boston broadcasters. Maybe they aren't so bad.

They're fine until the game gets rough - then they either get out of their mind excited over incidental contact in favor of the Bruins or they get indignant over the most miniscule contact if the Bruins are losing the physical battle.

Otherwise I think Edwards calls a good game and accent aside, their color guy is pretty good.
