One thing with Hughes that gets frustrating is he kinda floats off to nowhere sometimes after making in-zone passes. A few plays ago he gets pressured and spins back in the zone and sends a cross-ice pass behind him to Benn, but just kind of keeps going out of the picture toward the corner. It's fine if the pass works, but if Benn mishandles it or a second forechecker comes in hard, Hughes needs to scramble back into the play when he could have easily moved to cover for any mistake after the initial pass
