Hasek and Osgood was such a great goalie tandem for Detroit. I wonder what is the best goalie tandem in the league is now. Seems like the back up goaltender has been a little devalued, but the first pair I can think of is Rinne and Soros. Not on the level of Hasek or Osgood though.

Backups play more than ever now. Detroit would not have had that tandem if there was a salary cap back then.
