It's not about the game. Obviously everything about the game went in the Flames' favour. I think the Flames fanbase was certainly annoyed with the attitude of several fans on this board after the game, especially the blindness towards the antics their team was pulling and the expectation that they shouldn't be held accountable for that simply because they were losing anyway. So consider this an awareness campaign.

How you get "classless" out of calling out a team for playing dirty is a bit... ironic, though.

I don't disagree. Thought you were lumping us all together.

Though on that note, the Simek play should have been a lesson that had Kane thinking twice. Florida may have meekly taken it and not escalated, but when he gets himself kicked out of the game by running around like an idiot, he's asking his teammates to deal with the consequences of his actions, whatever they may be.
