I think if he still played for watford I wouldn’t have picked him. But I like his potential and think that a club like Everton is a good fit for him and he should do well there.

Yeah, go **** yourself @Halladay . I was going to take Gimenez with my next pick since he'd dropped this far.

10 hours is the limit so whoever is up can go next. I'm sure @Live in the Now will be on soon either way.

Yeah, that was a bad time for me to be picking. Will pick shortly.

Welp, pretty happy with my team.

    Reus - Firmino - Bale
    Ozil - Anderson
    Busquets
Gaya - van Dijk - Lovren - TAA
    Neuer

Promes, Sarr, Nkunku, Aouar, Goretzka, Vidal, Neves, Ghoulam, Zouma, Retsos

Firmino, Anderson, Busquets and van Dijk insulate Ozil without stifling creativity for Bale, Reus and Firmino to lacerate defences while Busquets, van Dijk, Lovren and Neuer form an impressive defensive diamond at the back that can help cover for the forward thinking play of Gaya and TAA. Multiple players on the bench could even oust starters pretty easily (Aouar, Promes, Vidal, Neves, Ghoulam and even Zouma on form are all capable of being great). I also like the future potential of some of the guys like Sarr, Nkunku, Aouar, Goretzka, Neves, Zouma and Retsos.

Thought about Theo for my backup LB. Went with Augustinsson as he's an already developed defensively solid option to come in for Mendy.

I'm sure I'll get some schtick for taking Mai here. I actually spent more time mulling this pick over than a lot of other picks. I was thinking of multiple options too, Mai being the least proven, but I think I can afford to take him here.

@Vasilevskiy was PMed for the record, but I think he's taken the European Super Cup loss kinda hard.

Remember, everyone needs to have at least two GKs in their squad.

    Insigne - Isco - Sterling

    Navas
I thought Vinicius was picked already (confused him with Rodrygo), so not having him on my team is pretty much my only regret of this draft. Also very meh about Suso, but there were hardly any better RWs left at that point.

Open to trading any of my bench players if anyone's interested btw.
