Under your criteria Carter Hart would be still eligible. I assumed he wasn't since you didn't have him listed in their prospect group and went with NYR. I still think NYR probably has the edge even with Hart, but it makes it really really tough if he is there.

Gotta go with the Rangers. Kakko and Kravstov is just unfair. After them the quality of forwards drops (a lot of recent graduates) but defense is full of riches with Miller, Fox, Rykov, Hajek etc., which is just absurd and to top it of there's Shestyorkin

For instance, I'd argue that Kakko and let's say someone like Turcotte are both clearly top six forward prospects, but are you going to honestly argue that there isn't a significant gap in potential and value between the two?

I went with Colorado. Embarrassingly good depth. Can see an argument for the Rangers too. They’re easily 1-2.
