Under your criteria Carter Hart would be still eligible. I assumed he wasn't since you didn't have him listed in their prospect group and went with NYR. I still think NYR probably has the edge even with Hart, but it makes it really really tough if he is there.

LA has some nice looking forwards. CO has a killer D, if Timmins can recover. Byram and Makar...pheww!

Philly without hesitation.

NYR have 2 Forwards w/ top 6 upside, 3-4 D with top 4 upside. Shestyorkin
Philly has 5-6 forwards with top 6 upside, 2 D with top 4 upside. Hart+Ersson

Not all top 6 winger prospects or top 4 d-men prospects are created equal. For instance, I'd argue that Kakko and let's say someone like Turcotte are both clearly top six forward prospects, but are you going to honestly argue that there isn't a significant gap in potential and value between the two?

Real true.

I'd take Kakko instead of O'Brien + Farabee + Ratcliffe, easily.

Top talent > depth everyday of the week.

Homer vote for NYR here, but even if I wasn't a fan of the team, I still think they would have the top spot. Prospects with significant potential upside at every position.

Behind them is COL, I think

The list excludes Andersson who is still a prospect. Miller, Fox, Hajek, Rykov, Lundkvist and Roberston all have top 4 upside.

Colorado is easily second. Then the list begins.

Anaheim has a great forward group but nobody in their D pipeline has top four potential outside of maybe mahura

Yeah, for that reason Anaheim is a little questionable as a top ten inclusion.

I went with Colorado. Embarrassingly good depth. Can see an argument for the Rangers too. They’re easily 1-2.

Detroit should at least get top 15 consideration, I'll vote to add them (I know I'm biased but come on, Zadina and Veleno have to count for something).
