I think the meme picks are always allowed to be talked about since their viewed as cap fillers. Lucic is more discussed than every other player combined and he still goes late.

People would be more upset about a Bobby Ryan or PK Subban namedrop than Lucic or Seabrook

Team is complete. I personally like it a lot and while there isn't a lot of flash outside of the top line, it should be a force in playoff type scenarios with excellent hard working, hard hitting, defensive forwards. All the D can move the puck and most can log big minutes if needed. PK is elite. Goaltender was a rock this year. In a real life situation I think this team goes far.

Well...that was tough. Thanful I didn't have to forfeit from lack of options at the end there lol.

Overall, I'm happy all things considered.

I think my forward group is quite strong actually with only a couple I would have liked to upgrade and just missed out on (Sheary -> Sanford and Frolik -> Sundqvist would have been nice).

Goaltending tandem is very strong as well.

Defense is definitely the weak spot with Edmundson being so high (just missied out on Chara...Chara-Parayko would be a tower of power) and my bottom pair being the scraps I could put together.

I realize this team won't win or likely even go to Round 2 but was a fun challenge and maybe can go for the secondary awards

What do people think of this team? I think if went this way instead I could go deep lol.

Idk what it is with McMullet's teams but I don't think they're as good as others do.

That 2nd line is UGLY and it doesn't help that the 1st doesn't even have a 70 point guy up front. Couturier's points go up when he plays with Giroux (as does Giroux's). I don't see the point potential with Lindholm and Marchessault.

The D is awesome, I'm just not convinced about Holtby or Smith consistently.
