Strong two-way top-6 with guys with proven success. Lacks an elite offensive talent so would like to maybe swap a defensive guy for a more offensive one. Best defenseman in the game is good. Depth TBD but Martinez is nice and can play anywhere in the top-4. I love Shesty. Liking this team a bit better as of now.

Nelson and Bailey were steals at their spots, and it's great that they're together.

Hall-Couts is disgusting.

For St Louis, I like that you assembled a real line for your chosen team. There's definitely something to having a good player anchor each pair. I don't think Kreider and Danault are a great fit offensively unless you steal a volume shooter from somewhere.

Yeah Danault isn't the ideal fit for my team. Love the player but he is available for better fit.

Traded up specifically cause I thought Hall-Couts would be filthy together. The one trade I do not regret.

I love my forward corps, but wish I hadn’t traded with Kent because depth will be a little tougher. I’m also pretty stuck on cap. I think I have some very good forwards though with a top tier goalie in net so I love it. Just watching now to see how I fill out depth with my cap, and I wish I had a stud on D instead of underrated guys.

My no trades team. I love every player on this team. I think my blue line would be super effective, and that’s a very good top 3, while with my forwards I think Getzlaf behind Aho is nasty. I’d really like one more flashy forward for Getz/Hyman though. Cap worries me here too.

I really like the balance of this team. Offense is great, defense is solid, and I'll nab a decent starter pretty soon. Like my other team, I went a bit too hard on defensive defensemen. Not sure why, I just felt they were the best defensemen available when I took them. Hopefully I can get a PMD to play with Chychrun on Pairing 2.

I really like the balance of this team. Offense is great, defense is solid, and I'll nab a decent starter pretty soon. Like my other team, I went a bit too hard on defensive defensemen. Not sure why, I just felt they were the best defensemen available when I took them. Hopefully I can get a PMD to play with Chychrun on Pairing 2.

I prefer MTL

I think Reinhart and Tavares will be able to do a lot of small, smart plays together. They do tend to shoot from similar areas on ice, but they're both adaptable players. They would definitely benefit from a winger who is either a fast, zone entry wizard or someone who can not only grind but make plays coming off the boards.

Panarin and Stastny will be very good, and Stastny isn't as prone to turning over the puck to boot. Needs a net crasher or someone who ghosts to get open for shots.

I think if you took Dumba instead of Carlo that Habs teams would be one of my favourites in the game.

For this team I really love the defence. Probably my favorite one I’ve built for these sort of drafts. I drafted more so who I like (Pettersson at 6 heh). I hate that I really like Zucker because that made me miss out on Shesty.

Pretty happy overall, but depending on who goes before my next couple picks my wing situation could be real bad. Glad to have goaltending figured out tho

This team I drafted more standard I would say. I have 2 lines that I would be happy to have as top lines which I like a lot. I traded down a lot with this team I found

Teravainen at 74 and Pulock at 119 were my favorite picks.

Missing out on Bjorkstrand really sucked a lot. Losing Pelech hurt but man Bjorkstrand

That's why I hate having to send in lists. Ranking a bunch of players before going to bed is a lot harder than choosing one to pick while OTC. I wouldn't have taken Carlo.

Wanted to see how close you can get to drafting an actual above-average NHL team but para ruined some of my plans. At the cost of not having Couturier I have an additional elite D in Heiskanen so along with Provorov I always a dman on ice who engines offense and is reliable against any line. The forwards are both responsible and tough to play against in typical Flyers fashion.
