If Rattie,Lucic,Caggiula,Yamamoti, Pouliot, Purcell and even Klinkhammer got a chance to play with McDavid then Pulju should get a shot as well.

Rattie and Yamamoto played better then him this season, so have Draisaitl, Chaisson, and even when Puljujarvi has gotten an opportunity he has not done anything. He has shown no improvement in his game since he came into the NHL. He needs some work.

I was okay with him being put on McDavid's line to end the 1st period because it gave him a better chance of beating up Tkachuk, but he didn't need to be there when the teams got back to focusing on hockey.

The Oilers need a top pairing defenseman. Maybe two. Probably even three.

I actually thought they missed Ryan Strome and who on earth would miss Ryan Strome? Depth was the difference tonight. which is why Lindholm making 4.8 million and Lucic making that much more is so important. The Flames didn't even succeed in fully shutting down McDavid, but after him and Draisaitl there's just not a lot there.
