As a fan, I agree, as long as it happens, what fan cares how it happens? The oilers and flames final appearances 10-15 years ago proves that. As a fan, who cares how it happens, as long as it does.

but seriously you are right. Especially with how our D is, it's best to just play a safe style that limits chances against, and then just let McDavid gift us some goals, and we can get some other offense when the other team has a break down before we do.
