Just so everyone knows how the lottery works:
The number is the percent chance the team wins in that draft round, starting with the 1st and ending with the 3rd. Starting with 1st overall, the team that wins that draft round is brought to the top and has a 0 percent chance of winning any future rounds. The teams are then all reseeded in order of finish and new odds are applied.
I use the website Random.Org to determine a number between 1 and 100. Whatever that number is, is counted up from 1. The corresponding team will win that round. For example, if Random.org chooses 74 in Round 1, Nashville would win Round 1 as the number 74 counted up falls within Nashvilles range of numbers. The teams would then be reseeded, with Nashville at the top and a new number drawn for the 2nd round, and the process repeated for the 3rd round. Sounds complicated but it's really simple.
To make it even more random, I run the generator 10 times and I then take selections 11, 12, and 13.
I will post screen shots of the winning numbers and the exact reseeding at the end of the draft.
I will start posting in reverse order counting down from 10th pick finishing at 1st.
Here is a spreadsheet that makes a little more sense.
