Hey guys sorry for the delay, been travelling and came home to some ill parents. In any case the draft will be the weekend of Friday Sept 27. I will post the new season details in early September in a new thread. I will also post the draft order shortly.

2019/20 Entry Draft Order - Date start is Friday Sept 27 at 3 PM Mountain Time.

Players on your roster and draft picks can be traded anytime.

Also remember next year rosters go to 30 so player drops are only if you have more picks than roster spots open. Right now it looks like Colorado, Vegas and Edmonton will have to drop players before the draft but I will deal with that as we head into the draft.

No Free agents can be signed in the off season, only after the draft is complete.

Where do I find the draft order

HF 2018-2019 Keeper League PLAYOFFS (Final standings pg28)

We have 3 main threads. This one, the Roster thread and the Discussion thread which is where the draft order is contained. I will be starting a new 2019-20 Discussion thread and a separate Draft thread when the time comes. Until then, feel free to post in the Discussion thread and for trade requests this is the correct thread to post in. Please dont post in the Rosters / Player movement thread thanks.

Also have a good read about player drops etc. We are increasing the number of roster players to 30 from 26 hopefully to encourage more trading and activity among team managers. The draft is 4 rounds. You cant draft a player whose rights are not held by an NHL team and you cant exceed the 30 man roster. For example if you had 26 players on your roster and had 5 draft picks and intended to use them all you would have to drop 1 player prior to the draft (thus making that player available to everyone).

If you have a UFA or a player who has signed to another league (AHL 1 way, KHL, SHL etc) come draft day that player is Auto dropped. Your roster can not drop below 23 and must have 2 goalies, 7 D, and 13 F. You cannot exceed 3 goalies (this is to prevent goalie hoarding).
