Also remember next year rosters go to 30 so player drops are only if you have more picks than roster spots open. Right now it looks like Colorado, Vegas and Edmonton will have to drop players before the draft but I will deal with that as we head into the draft.

No Free agents can be signed in the off season, only after the draft is complete.

Player drops can happen anytime. But free agents can’t be signed till after the draft. For the draft you have to have the roster spots open so if you have 27 roster spots taken out of the 30 available and you intend on picking in all 4 rounds you must drop 1 player or drop/trade your final pick.

More clarity will come next week when I post exactly what needs to happen for each team but if you look at the roster page I updated each team and the number of spots available and you can compare it to the draft table in this thread and the number of picks your team has.
