Absolutely not from Philly. Why do we need Talbot? Elliot will be back soon, Hart is playing well. And Gudas alone is worth more than that package, let alone adding in Stolarz.
I also can't imagine Ottawa touching that deal with a 10 foot pole.

All of those trades are horrendous for the Oilers.
Chia fixed them pretty well.
Using fix in the sense of that you’d describe what a vet does to a pet.

Wow. All those trades and not only is our bottom six still a complete wasteland, that defence might actually be worse than what you started with.
That Vancouver trade is really, really, really bad.
Take Ceci out completely. Absolutely no interest in this player. Stone is also going to get 9 million easily. I don’t see how we afford both him and Dzingel long term, and if they’re not long term deals - again no interest.
I suppose we could do the Philly deal but hopefully whoever our new GM is will have no time for defencemen whose best assets are grittiness and the ability to use their stick as a slap chop on pucks.

ODESZA, The xx, and M83 are good as well but these are more indietronica. Matoma and Madeon are good starters. If you're more into synthwave - Carpenter Brut, Dance with the Dead, and Perturbator are also good options.

I really don't think Ottawa would do that, even if you took Ceci out.
Also not sure banking on Ceci being another top 4 guy getting 4 million is a good move for the oilers. Him, dzingel and Stone both have to be resigned, and oilers are barely fitting under cap as is.
Edmonton's lineup outside of their top 4 forwards and klefblom is still so ugly... Especially that bottom 6.

You keep starting threads about the Oilers and the trades get worse and worse. Do I even need to explain to you how bad the Ottawa trade is for Edmonton?
