Interesting... I have never been up this high, makes sense. 3 to 4 probably takes a bit a time and you are getting to the advanced levels. Sadly, I won't be getting to the 1000 lb club anytime soon, but I'm fine with that. I was getting no progress on SS 3x5 anymore and 5/3/1 has been huge.
Realistically I am sitting at: 325 Deadlift, 305 Bench, 260 Squat = 890-900lbs. That last hundo is going to take some time, mostly from my deadlift, my bench is probably capped, and I just am getting slow slow growth from my squats. Need my squat to 300 to have any shot at 1000 lb club, maybe 370 dl, 315 bench, 315 squat.
I need to really scoop up a Rogue Ohio Power Bar and two more bumpers. My Weider is going to snap.
