Well, I tried to move him but it looks like that deal fell through.

So, apologies to (you know who you are) but you're just going to have to draft Marc Staal for free.

:stars removes Marc Staal from their Keepers list, and replace him with Dmitri Kulikov.

After offers for Rask got increasingly greasier and worse as the keeper deadline approached.. we made the decision to hold onto him as a keeper along with Pavelec.

Rask is in a position to post elite stats next season. With 5+ teams looking for #1 goalies in the draft, we're more then OK with having two #1 guys for insurance, and for future trade leverage. Since our keeper options instead of Rask were slim we aren't too afraid of losing Whitney/Parenteau to FA.

Final Keepers
Kesler
Pavelski
Weber
Pietrangelo
OEL
Rask
Pavalec

Prospects (Arguably the best prospect pool in the league IMO)
Galchenyuk
B. Connolly
Etem
Bennett
McNeil
Jensen
Shore

We would package 20th OVR + Bennett/Shore/McNeil to move up in the draft.

Also... looking at the FA list makes me realize I did a damn good/lucky job drafting...

Not sure anyone would of predicted Whitney, Parenteau, Ryder and Purcell having those types of points.

*pats self on back*

Yet.. I let them all go back into FA.
