Can anyone explain to me why Pittsburgh is running with 7 players on his reserve list? Not including the 5 guys in minors.

We're allowed 26 players on the active roster (not minors).

12 forwards, 6 defensemen, 1 goalie, 1 backup goalie, and 6 extra forwards and d-men.

Still looking to move Jonathon Blum for a more veteran defenseman.

Willing to add Nick Foligno, any of my prospects* not named Vladimir Tarasenko, and 2012 prospect draft picks.
