Right now Romanov is probably the main contender for the award again.
Damn he's good, too bad I hate Montreal
Fetisov in 77 and 78
What a game he had, hits, skates, vision....wow
Yeah, Romanov is probably as good skater as Fetisov, but he isn't as good in attack.
Its between Soderstrom and Romanov at this point IMO...

Huh, didn't know I won the 1985 top goalie award
I doubt a player in relegation will win an award but Seider has been the best dman IMO.
Yeah I’d have to agree it’s between Seider & Romie......
Thanks. I wrote a speech but, 35 years later, I don't think anyone would listen
Staal should have gotten it twice. Him and Parent were unreal for back-to-back years. I don't think he was on for a single goal against in 2007.
Hmm I was almost certain that Ellis did.. but guess not.
Romanov will be interesting to follow, also his picture on his wiki page is hilarious
Don’t worry, I hear Bergevin has a thing for trading away his top Russian D prospects
Since Romanov is the topic, who was the one here who uploaded his photo on wikipedia
I just check his picture and burst out laughing. Thanks man!
Here to help!
Consider it my happy new years treat for everyone! ;p
Alexander Romanov (ice hockey, born 2000) - Wikipedia
Does Romanov get a shot on the men's team in May?
I hope he will not get a shot by the bolshevics
Only if he's held captive in Yekaterinburg.
other than that he should be safe.
He’ll probably get a few exhibitions games before the WC, but usually those spots go to NHL’ers and the best KHL’ers. Maybe in another year, but I think it’s unlikely this year.
Seider has been the best defensemen in the tournament for me but Romanov is pretty damn good so it really isn't a big deal whichever way it goes.
