Wiesblatt at 31 feels really early to me. I think the sharks would look hard at Brisson or Bordeleau

It’s quite possible and maybe even likely DWjr goes for a player with more offensive upside as he has the last few drafts. Most of the guys I want for the Sharks will be selected earlier IMO but I’d be happy with Ozzy at 31. He’s a good two way winger and can be a pest which is what I like lol.

I’ll start by saying I don’t really see it as a reach. Askarov has massive upside and would be a huge building block for the franchise by the time the Red Wings are ready to compete. Yzerman hasn’t been shy about drafting Russians, goalies or high upside players earlier than “consensus “. I’ve always been a believer in building a team from the net out and having Askarov and Seider is a great place to start.

From a Sens POV I still think they go Raymond at 5. just too many connections and makes too much sense.

LOVE this as a Devils fan, though I would pick Perrault at 20 instead even if also in no way a safe pick for an entirely different reason. I like it.

I would be incredibly disappointed in Dorion if he he took Drsydale at 5 like basically every mock draft is showing. Load up with another high-scoring forward. seriously. Same with Sanderson in the top ten. It might happen but it's a bad gamble to take.
