OT: Happy American Thanksgiving

I like their 4 day weekend idea. I think we should move ours. They know how to take a long weekend there.

We have Christmas and Boxing Day (if you work Remembrance Day). That's about 10 days off (bonus if you get paid for the other days).

Every month at one of my businesses we would do a BBQ, we had a propane BBQ and I would pay for all the food and all the staff from all depts would have an extended lunch and fill our faces. Around Christmas before we broke for the holidays we did a pot luck and one of the managers did a deep fried turkey. I have to say I didn't care for it but the effort he put in was commendable. Our back warehouse smelled like deep fried turkey for weeks. We had an ethnically diverse group and some of the African food was awesome.
