Today marks 5000 days since Tottenham Hotspur Football Club last won a trophy, the League Cup on February 24, 2008.

It's an impressive run from Tottenham, and something to admire. However, it gets better.
It is today 11 125 days since Tottenham last won the FA Cup, on May 18, 1991. That is before Sol Campbell's professional career started.

Their last league title in 1961, was 22 114 days ago.

Some of those are pretty impressive, but the one which puts everything in context about small club mentality has to be the entire life of Ian Wright before winning a trophy. That's insane considering that his career started in 1985 and finished in 2000, and they still haven't won anything.

There is a handful of guys still alive from that league winning side in their late 80s, but it's doubtful whether Spurs will win another title before they all die.
