Probably J20. He had good stats in J18 Elit which is the top tier before New Year's. After New Year's J18 Allsvenskan is the highest level which his team wasn't good enough for.

Well he is only 168 pounds. Maybe he'll hit a growth spurt & finish at 6'4.
