The Kelowna Rockets acquired Dillon Hamaliuk to bolster their scoring for the Memorial Cup campaign and he delivered with two goals on opening night, including the overtime winner. Here is my look back at Hamaliuk’s immediate impact and what he’ll bring to the team going forward: https://thehockeywriters.com/kelowna-rockets-hamaliuk-heroic-in-debut/

The Rockets even just 2 games in, are light years from being true
"Memorial Cup contenders". Kamloops spent long periods of time in their zone, while missing many times on net. 3-2 flattered Kelowna big time.

    Basran played very well.

^ I'll be at Prospera for Saturdays rematch.
    Should be a good one.
