1 line offense, they've been really bad at drafting for years.

not really why they are bad this year, but I agree that they drafted terribly those recent years.

The Goalies are not good atm and the Defense is atrocious on Defense but not on offense, it's the kind of defense where only Methot is playing defensively

Yes it's terrible management, and he's going to need more than 1 game to get adjusted, can't put unfair pressure on a young player to perform in 1 game after he's been sitting so long.

They could scratch DesLaurier for Hudon though. Since they're both LW. I think with a healthy line-up, the ideal 4th line gameplay-wise is probably Hudon-Plekanec-Shaw. Deslaurier sucks and both Peca and Scherbak are more suited for a scoring role.

Hell, maybe try a 4th line of Hudon-Shaw-Armia for right now and give Scherbak a real shot on a line with Byron and Kotkaniemi.

Nahh, they've definitely been a 1 line offense, if the 1st line didn't score they were in Worlds of trouble.
Spezza looks better this year but again it's a massive drop after him, and Central has had some elite teams they've had to compete with that lack of depth, which is a killer.

Adding Heiskanen to their defense was a massive addition.

Julien will wait until a three game skid and all of a sudden out of nowhere Scherbak will appear,. I feel bad for sherby, he has Galchenyukinitis.
