I know some of the staff duties and the rest I am not sure, so here is who I know and their duties,

Michel Therrien: head coach
J.J Daigneault: assistant coach - defenseman coach
Gerald Gallant: assistant coach but for what
Clement Jodoin: assistant coach but for what
Stephane Wait: assistant coach - goalie coach

And who's the powerplay specialist and the shorthanded specialist?

Jodoin is the video coach, if someone makes a mistake he takes them in the room between periods and shows them on video what they did wrong

Clément Jodoin, who coached the Hamilton Bulldogs last season, also is joining Michel Therrien’s staff as an eye in the sky, watching games from the pressbox and relaying info to the bench.

Therrien is on the bench and he is the head coach. He sucks.

Gallant's got the powerplay, but I'm not sure if we can call him a specialist.

It's the players fault they have some real stupid players, if you watch the behind the scenes show it's the same players over and over again getting called into the room with Jodin between periods, Emelin , Subban, Georges a few times and a few forwards those are the ones they have shown on tv anyways. But also the head coach isn't putting some of the players in a position to excel
