Having said that, you see how labourous it is moving the puck without Petry.

I never realized but Vegas is actually a dirty team. A lot of nonsense, I assume to try and get the opposition off their game. Hell, if the refs let it go it's a good strategy. Annoying to watch as a MTL fan, but hopefully the boys use it to fuel themselves just a bit more.

I can see us going to the finals in all honesty. I expected that period, and this series, to be the exact opposite; Vegas dominating us and us squeezing out a flukey goal.

All in all, good period. Especially considering it should be 5-0 Vegas based off the comments and predictions coming into this one.

Fleury is the only reason it’s not 3-1.

All things considered...we should shut up about Petry's absence when we benefitted from Tavares and Scheifele's absence.
