Guys that play hockey with women on their team, how do you address the team?

I play in a decent competitive league that was all guys for awhile. We recently took in two ladies and I've found myself changing the way I address the team. No more, "Let's go boys" or "Nice play boys". Others on the team still do it and the girls sure as hell don't mind it, but it's just odd. Lol. Just curious what others do.

I have always used the term "guys" to refer to a group of more than 1 person regardless of their sex. I have never meant any offense by it and if anyone gets offended I don't care because people are worthless.
