Gusev vs Johnny Hockey

So back to 2014 I had a funny discussion about Panarin vs Gaudreau (btw some of the posts there are very funny to read nowadays). And now out of a pure entertainment, I start this thread and say, that Gusev will be as good as Johnny Hockey in the NHL, if not better. Of course if he will ever come to the league.

Just because Panarin exceeded expectations doesn't mean everybody will. So I will second Acallabeth. Johnny is so successful because his vision is incredible, something what Gusev doesn't have.

He could join a stacked Lightning team which is the consensus favourite for the Cup in the immediate future. I'd be tempted if I were him.
