If that's the case, the only way to fix it would be choose an alternate.
DeGray is adamant about never wanting players who don't want to he here, No matter their skill set.
Quality men are priority one.

I don't know if this matters anymore.

This was the one chance Guelph had at competing with the west and east this year, now Strome is likely going to Saginaw which is the dagger for the Storm.

On the abbreviated pre-game show, Larry said that the deal hadn’t been finalized yet - that there were a couple of minor things to hopefully get ironed out tomorrow. He didn’t say that the deal fell through or was off entirely. Wait and see I guess....

Been rumoured heavily that it's Poirer refusing to waive his NTC.

Which could still mean things to be ironed out. Larry is very diplomatic. George and Dale are likely working on other details if NTC was used.

With George behind the bench, I fear it gives someone like SSM the benefit of time to discuss this trade.

Either way, Poirer doesn't have a spot on this team after the OA deadline tommorrow.

Whoever it was that said a player is blocking the teams chances at a Mem Cup for "their own personal gain" are you serious?
Player looking out for his own best interest and future and you're all over him for that?

Also it's not Poirier

Its almost similar to Nylander..many people hate on him for looking out for himself, but really everyone should do that...its important to figure out whats best for you....

Hopefully the player not signing off on the deal has a change overnight and the deal goes thru tomorrow morning.
