I've watched every game but refrained from betting. I did put a small sum on a Senegal win...looks like a winner.

Ref should have booked him for the dive, but when you know they are looking at potentially giving a penalty by VAR, of course he’ll be uncomfortable doing that.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think you can't use the VAR to book dives.

That's right, but my point was that he isn't going to book a player for diving if he's just recieved a notification that there is an initial review taking place for a potential penalty. If he's then called over to look at it, it's not a good position for him to be in.

Senegal are the ireland of africa. Don't often get in, but when they do, they get out of their group.

Poland beat themselves. They did not play a good game, neither did Senegal, but Senegal were supremely lucky.
