Group F vs Group E??!!

Has anyone noticed that group E is a incredibly weaker lineup than group F
I wonder why they didn't split the groups up better to start with?

This is because teams are seeded based on their result in the previous World Championships. USA screwed everything up by ending up in the relegation rounds.

They don't just "pick" the teams. It's all based on results, it was just the way the cookie crumbled. Canada really lucked out because they are playing like crap right now.

USA struggled badly last year and they were in 4th cup. Unluckily they were first send to a group which had already two big teams, and then other group (C) having two big teams as well.

The same can happen in next year also. Someone of 5 big teams in group F goes to 3rd cup.

1st cup: Teams in semi-finals
2nd cup: Teams lost in quarter-finals
3rd cup: Teams failed to get to QF
4th cup: Teams in relegation round
