When italy beat belgium, you knew they would come out flat. I bet they slap it into 0 0 mode for the rest of the euro

Or come up horrid vs N Ireland like when the lost to Korea

Is Buffon the oldest player in the tournament?

Italy's 2nd game of a tournament is always so underwhelming.

Kiraly actually is. He's the oldest in the history of the Eruos.

I'm pretty sure it's the sweat pants goalie, Gábor Király.

    Edit: Beaten to it.

You don't remember that ref? Moreno I think it was, Ecuadorian?

Italy was furious because of Totti getting a red, and s korea cashed in. Lots of shabbyNess in that game. I remember italy squad was loaded. Losing to Korea was like Canada losing to Mexico in hockey. Just terrible. You should google the story of that ref. He ended up on comedy shows in italy, suspended for match fixing in ecuador, busted for heroine at jfk.. dude kept busy. Lol

Offside Zlatan. Otherwise, would have been a HUGE miss.

Sweden really committed to the bold strategy of advancing to the knockout round while registering 0 shots on target. On track so far.

Grandqvist was defending like a 10 year old on that play.
    Zaza has been good.

Ibrahimovic once again can't deliver against good teams. He was the worst player on the pitch totally useless.
