Must-win for the Czech Republic if we want to have our fate in our own hands. Croatia paper favourites but we'll have to hope coaching and teamwork can win out. A draw would theoretically keep hope alive, but it would be dangerous, especially considering I can see Croatia giving Spain a real run for their money.

We must do what we did against Turkey and dominate the game. What should help is the fact that the Czech's can't sit pretty and just defend like they did against Spain. They'll need to show more ambition going forward, which should leave more space for PeriÅ¡ić and whoever plays on the right wing.

A small fraction of Torcida (Hajduk Split's fan base) wanted to infiltrate the stadium with the help from St Etienne fans and cause a disturbance in order to stop the game and get Croatia thrown out of the tournament.

Their hatred for Mamić is such that they'd ruin this for everyone in Croatia in order to get to Mamić. Don't know if they are dumb beyond belief or just insane. In doing this, they pretty much put themselves on level footing with Mamić and his henchmen, putting their priorities and ideas ahead of everyone else. Maybe they should stop worrying about Mamić and clean up their own shop, and get rid of the cesspool of countless managers who are running Hajduk into the ground?

Meanwhile, sane Croatian fans (which is 99.9%) are drinking and enjoying themselves along with the Czech supporters just like they were with the Turks a handful of days ago.

Unless Spain falters, this game will likely decide who finishes 2nd in the group and (almost assuredly) faces Italy in the knockouts.

I'd say a draw favors the Czechs due to their remaining match being against Turkey versus the Croatia match against Spain

Looking at the technical ability of the Croats it's mind boggling to think that the two teams we saw this morning are in the same tournament.

Sweden Italy was very very bad football.
