Would like to see Gomez, Podolski and Schurrle with more playing time next match.

I'd imagine many people hoping we get bounced early would like to see the same.

Gomez? Okay, I have no problem with that. But Poldi and/or Schürrle? I don't even understand why those guys are on the roster in the first place.

Podolski at this point is just the team mascot that somehow needs a roster spot. He's been that for years now but hey if it makes the rest of our team happy whatever.

I think it mostly makes Jogi happy.

Not that Schurrle hasn't had a **** season, but I'd still rather play him up front than Gomez or Poldi. Still not as good an option as Brandt, Krise, Volland, Draxler or even Sane; but if we must play a technically limited physical forward, he's less crap than the alternatives.
