Yep, that's onside.

If the defenders touch is a real touch there can't be offside. And even if you didn't want to count it as a touch, he was onside for the cross.

I agree Hodgson's going all in at this point, but considering the zone advantage it's not an entirely ridiculous move. Considering we're at the group stage though and they only have one point so far, there's a case for caution

They've already got two forwards out there and are creating a ton of chances. What they need is an incisive final ball, which Wilshere can provide. Rashford is redundant. The offensive spark needs to be in midfield.
