I don't know. Russia's team is good enough to "deserve" to advance to the medal round, though I probably am cheering for Czech as well - more because of the upset value than anything else.

I wonder what would happen if Russian fans went into the say, Canada vs Sweden thread and just wrote "hope Canada loses no matter what!!!111"

Yeah, he looks like he can get under the players' skin. I'm also worried that if Russia falls behind, they will start getting frustrated and may not be able to turn the game around, so we definitely need to take the lead and force the Czechs to open up and go on the offensive.

From what I've seen, they look like a scrappy bunch too, so Russia will need to stay disciplined, which given their play so far, may be a challenge.
