I really hope they don't judge his performance on that goal. He essentially had two russian players at his doorstep in addition to the shooter. Yet, he only had 1 defenceman back... terrible terrible play by the forwards.

Nerves can be expected for the first game, Canada's always looked nervous for the first period of the tournament. Forunately, the last few years Canada's competition hasn't been able to exploit them for it, unfortunately for this year, Russia can.
