Great win for Albania who had the better chances, cohesiveness, and better defending.

Romania progressively got worse at the tournament went on, I guess its "easy" to play the opening match against France with little pressure, but they actually created chances and were pressing in that match.

Albania now have to wait three days to see if they progress. Trying to go through what they will 'cheer' for

B: England beat Slovakia by 3+ goals (hard to see) or Russia beat Wales by 3+ goals (hard to see)
C: Germany beat Northern Ireland by 3+ goals (possible)
D: Turkey-Czech Republic ends in a draw or Turkey only win by one goal (nut sure, you never know with Turkey but there seems to be poor atmosphere in the camp)
E: Ireland & Sweden fail to win (Sweden should lose to Belgium who need a result still, Italy will probably rest their starters so Ireland can get a win I guess)
F: yikes...hopefully by then their fate is determined If not, the most realistic scenario is Portugal beating Hungary...which would mean they cheer for Iceland/Austria to end in a draw

Romania and Switzerland would both be on four. Drew against each other.

Both would have +0 GD.

Both would have scored 3 and conceded 3.

Rule 7, penalty shoot-out doesn't apply.

Would it go to fair play? Romania have 7 yellows to Swiss 4. No reds.

As this went unanswered - Yes, after goal diff and goals scored comes fairplay and if even that is tied then UEFA ranking.
