Granlund (Wild) or Turris

Two young(ish) 1/2 line centers with good contracts. Who would you pick to be the better of the two.

Turris, he's a very solid two-way center these days. Granlund needs to repeat what he did last season for me to pick him.

Granlund plays wing now so he's not really a center anymore. I'll take Turris as he plays a more vital position on the roster.

That said, it's a close one. Granlund has greater offensive ability but it's yet to be seen if he can be consistent with it. I'll take 25 goal Granlund over Turris, but I'll take Turris over 10 goal Granlund.

It’s crazy how much weight some put in numbers. Turris is the better overall player and I can’t stand anything Ottawa Senator.

Granlund for the 2 mins on the PP maybe, but I’ll take Turris for the other 16-18 mins.

Granny is a very competitive guy with high work ethic. He always plays for the team and does the little things, despite his reputation as offensive winger. The only advantage Turris has over him is he plays more valuable position.

So that said, for me it's more or less a toss up. Whatever you need on your team.

Granlund has more trade value due to Turris being a pending UFA but Turris is the better player AINEC.
