Good book on Major Junior system

I was hoping to read a good history or explanation of the Canadian Junior system.

As someone from the US, I don't know much about the history of the system, nor how it works.

Any pointers to a good book, article, or website (the more detailed the better) would be greatly appreciated.

You can go to the OHL site at http://ontariohockeyleague.com (CHL consists of Western Hockey league, Ontario hockey league, and Quebec Hockey league if you didn't know)

On the site, you can see that the OHL just came out with a Classic books series, trying to detail the league over the past 4 decades.

It's amazing that no such book exists! There are plenty of books on Minor League baseball in the U.S. I'm surprised something so ingrained in Canadian history isn't better document.

There's a book about the Memorial Cup by Richard Lapp and Alec Macaulay that's worth reading although it's a decade old now:

Other than that, junior hockey has been terribly documented for posterity.
