Seems to be a hand/wrist injury of some sort. Been nagging him all 2021 and watching him play, probably back into late 2020 as well.

Spieth absolutely feeling it and a walk-off 55 foot putt for eagle to tie the lead for the day.

What a huge story to add to his comeback stretch it would be if he were to take this win at Craig Ranch, but to complete the grand slam next week at the PGA.

His best finish at this tournament was when he was 16, and he plays this tournament every year. A win here and he’s two away from the Texas slam. One away from the old Texas slam.
