What a shame that Ryan Goins isn't up for the Gold Glove. He's easily one of the top 3 defensive 2nd basemen in the game....
I understand the reason why he's not shortlisted, but still is a shame.

A's get two nominees. Gray deserves it, but it will likely go to Keuchel.

Would give rf to Calhoun, but wouldn't be upset if Reddick got it.

Don't be surprised if buehrle gets it as his swan song.

Napoli and Eric hosmer for houston seem like bad choices.

goins's's problem is there are too many good second basemen in the american league. even if one of altuve, kinsler or dozier were bumped there's still kipnis.

Could happen. Keuchel and Gray have been stout defensively. Gray broke the single season put out record for an A's pitcher even though he missed a couple starts.
