I contacted the Niagara Falls Canucks and they said the team is free to play on, so i'm just wondering is this league scouted by jr A teams, OHL team? NCAA and how hard are these teams to make?

Yes to exposure. OHL teams often use GOJHL teams to farm out players for development.

As to how difficult to make, that really depends. Its good fast hockey, sometimes a bit scrambly. The overwhelming majority of players played AAA in minor midget, but playing AAA doesn't necessarily get you on a team.
